UM-Flint Website Redesign Update

University Relations has been hard at work redesigning the university website. Earlier this year, we solicited feedback on an initial design. Many faculty, staff, and students responded to our request for input, and as a result, we have created a final design based on those suggestions and comments we received.

The screen shot below shows the new design, and includes highlighted areas to show the changes made as a result of the feedback we received.

Throughout the summer months, we will begin to migrate content over to the new design. We are tentatively targeting early fall for a launch of “phase one” of the new website.

Special recognition goes to Chad Hietala, Front End Developer for his work in developing the template, and UM-Flint student/Graphic Designer Joyce El-Hayek who contributed designs, specifically the drawn illustration of the campus at the very bottom of the new design.
