Social Media Facts and Figures
Below, a summary of our social media efforts in the month of July.
Our Audience:
- The UM-Flint Twitter page (@umflint) has grown to 473 followers.
- In June, UM-Flint’s Facebook fan page gained 124 fans (up to 3,791 from 3,667).
- The UM-Flint YouTube channel’s videos had now been viewed over 38,598 36,557 times (up about 2,000 views). Two new videos have been recently added: “Mentoring Matters at UM-Flint” and “Transferring to the University of Michigan-Flint.”
Our Reach:
- The highest number of “interactions per post” on Facebook was 6.2 on July 26.
- The highest number of “total interactions” in one day on Facebook was 18 on July 29, the day we found UM-Flint on the Google Maps satellite view.
- The highest number of photo views was 194 on July 19, when photos of the remodeled Clint’s Café were posted.
