Social Media Facts and Figures

Below, a summary of our social media efforts in the month of May.

Our Audience:

  • The UM-Flint Twitter page (@umflint) has grown to 435.
  • In May, UM-Flint’s Facebook fan page gained 68 fans (up to 3,560 from 3,492).
  • As of April 2, the UM-Flint YouTube channel’s videos had been viewed over 33,800 times (up about 2,300 views).

Our Reach:

  • The highest number of “interactions per post” on Facebook was 4.93 on May 13.
  • The highest number of “ total interactions” in one day on Facebook was 42 on May 3, with many posts related to Commencement.
  • The highest number of photo views was 248 on May 4, when photos from Commencement were posted.
