Job Description:
The person in this position supervises the daily activities of the clients in the Agency’s programs, and is supervised by a site supervisor.
Emergency On-Call Treatment specialists positions are available for those who have experience or interested in the fields of social work, criminal justice and human services. Salary expected to start in the rage of $9-$10.45 per hour. The schedule can be 0-39 hours per week. All Treatment Specialists must go through one week paid training and three days of shadowing. The primary role is to supervise the daily living skills of program adolescents. Specialists will also model appropriate behavior, transport clients both on and off campus groups in agency vehicles and participate in various activities of the client’s day (school, recreation, meals, etc.). Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but some combination of education/experience may be accepted. Many opportunities for professional growth after some work history with agency.
