Erica Shifflet-Chila shared her educational journey of attending the University of Michigan-Flint for her Bachelor’s degree, receiving a Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan and then a PhD in Social Work from Michigan State University and how this educational journey has led her to being a professor at Michigan State University. She shares some great advice from what she learned in her own experiences and what she has learned as a professor as well.
