Robert Buckingham, DrPH, MA, BA, Jack W. Thompson M.D. Distinguished Visiting Professor, is scheduled to speak publicly on the UM-Flint campus twice this fall. His first lecture, “Lessons From My Patient Teachers,” will take place on Monday, October 7 at 4:30 p.m. in the Tuscola Rooms (1104 & 1201) of the William S. White Building at UM-Flint. His second lecture, “Meaning of Life: As Discovered Through My Global Travels” will occur on Wednesday, November 20 at 4:30 p.m. in the Aula Magna Rooms (1205) of the William S. White Building, and will feature a book signing in which each attendee will receive a free copy of Buckingham’s book “Handbook of Hospice Care.” Both events are free and open to the public.
