In winter 2026, Travis Streu participated in the Michigan in Washington Program, where he took courses alongside University of Michigan–Ann Arbor students while living in Washington, DC. During the semester, Travis interned with Debbie Dingell, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a congressional office. In February, Dr. S joined Travis at the UM DC Alumni Congressional Breakfast, celebrating the work and impact of students participating in the program.
