Dear colleagues, students, and alumni,

Winter semester is at an end, and while it’s sad to say goodbye to our graduates, it’s time for learning about and meeting new students beginning fall semester. Looking at applications, recruiting new Honors students, and attending orientation is what summer life is all about.

We are looking forward to holding Honors orientation sessions in our new suite at 205 French Hall over the summer. Students who attend the first four First Year Orientation sessions are invited to join us for a short Honors orientation afterward. It’s a great opportunity for new students to meet us, learn more about Honors, and ask questions. We are excited for new students to see our Honors Lounge and learn where to find our offices.

We’ve had an influx of online students and we are happy to accommodate them in any way we can. We pride ourselves in being an inclusive program, and look at every student’s degree plan to make the program work for them. We are grateful for the professional advisors who work closely with us to make sure all of our students are on the right track for graduation.

We are saying goodbye to our graduates, but hello to many new and returning students. We look forward to seeing everyone in the fall and hearing from our alumni to find out where they are and what they’re doing.
