Congratulations to Assistant Professor of Media Art, Joe Reinsel, who has landed a very prestigious Artist-in-Residence with Neighborhood Lights, an immersive community arts program of Light City Baltimore!  He is an innovative expert in Interactive Arts and Design, Media Theory, and Time-Based Arts, who has presented his work in 12 countries on 4 continents!   For his proposal, he has been awarded impressive funding to work directly with the neighborhood of Little Italy to create an illuminated public project during the inaugural Light City Baltimore festival March 28 – April 3, 2016, the first large-scale international light festival in the United States!
