Qua Literary and Fine Arts Magazine 2026-2027 Submission Guidelines

Qua accepts rolling submissions from writers and artists currently living in the state of Michigan.  For 2026-2027 we are accepting submissions of fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, and visual art for publication in our Fall and Winter editions.

All submissions should use our submission portal, where they will be assessed by our team of editors.  When saving your soon-to-be-submitted documents, please include your name in the document filename.

Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but please inform us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.

Please send polished work. While typos and grammatical errors will not automatically lead to a rejection, they are duly considered. Show that you take your craft seriously, and editors will also take it seriously. We look forward to reading your work!

All submissions in languages other than English must include a translation for verification by the editors, this translation will not be published in the physical edition. English translations will be made available for readers on our website.
