Tai Chi Tuesdays at the WEC – reduce stress!
Did you know that every Tuesday, you can do tai chi for an hour at the University of Michigan-Flint’s Women’s Educational Center (WEC)?
Tai chi is an excellent way to reduce stress and anxiety, according to the Mayo Clinic.
If you are less stressed, you may perform better in work and school.
