Career fairs are important because they are a fantastic way to meet potential employers and to learn more about them. Employers are happy to provide information, and are eager to find new employees. People who are confident, assertive, and impressive are likely to leave long-lasting impressions. Where else can you see so many employers in one location, or be seen by them?
