Career Fair Prep Week 2013

The Student Success Center truly wants to help you represent UM-Flint as the Leaders and Best. Hire Me (Monday, September 30), is a workshop to help you learn to brand yourself. In this job market, you need to be doing everything you can to set yourself apart from other candidates. On Tuesday, October 1 tips and strategies for writing a professional resume will be offered at the Resume Building workshop. Networking 101 (Wednesday, October 2) learn how to start building your professional network today and open doors for tomorrow! A Career Portfolio workshop will be held Thursday, October 3 where you will learn how to develop and use a portfolio to market skills, education, and training to potential employers. Learn basic interviewing techniques and important preparation strategies on Friday, October 4 at the Interviewing 101 workshop.
