The ITS Helpdesk will be moving to a new ticketing system and support center on July 30th, 2014. This post will provide details about using the My Cases feature of the support center.
ITS has been working hard over the last few months setting up our new ticketing system, Desk. Desk will improve the efficiency of communication with each of you as well as providing you an easier way to view help documentation as well as check the status of your current or previous work tickets placed with the ITS Helpdesk.

Due to a serious SSL security vulnerability we will be patching the VPN. We will begin patching momentarily and expect downtime to only last 2-3 minutes but downtime of up to 30 minutes is possible.
