This morning at approximately 6:30am ITS encountered an unexpected outage with our Banner and SIS systems. ITS technicians recognized the outage and took immediate action restoring Banner systems by 7:35am and restoring full functionality of all other systems by 8:45am. The following services were affected during this time: Banner (http://banner.umflint.edu/), SIS (http://sis.umflint.edu/), and TouchNet (online credit card payments). We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
