Circuitry

The college Dean joined us this week as we did two activities. The girls used vinegar and salt with pennies to learn about the effects of acids and minerals on metals to better understand what happened to Flint’s pipes during the switch from Detroit to Flint River water. They explored circuitry by connecting batteries and light bulbs in different ways.
