Recycling

This lesson focused on recycling while practicing what was learned previously about the scientific method. The importance of recycling was discussed before participants were asked about different ways that they can recycle.  This led into a hands-on activity where the girls recycled paper scraps into new paper and then tested the paper for strength and ease of writing.
