I love learning about how different organizations have been able to implement agile methods and integrate them into their business practices. I knew the moment that I got the first programming assignment to work that I was hooked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What I hope for my time at UM-Flint:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I want to teach motivated students and continue my research. I am working on a book about applied encryption and would like to finish it within a year.
