Stay

Open doors and open mind

He cannot see what I can hide.

Beneath the surface it must go

To keep him here, keep him home.

The wind will blow beneath the door

But with his help I can store

The light before the pushing tide,

To hold his head way up high.

This life he knows it cannot stay

And with my help he will not stray.

We can hold on to our love

And keep things high up as the dove.

I can succeed in all I have

And keep things well above the storm.

For with him as my guide

I know our life is strong.
