<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in definition of total requirements for AOD materiel by forecasting independent demand (failures) and monitoring creation of dependent demand from scheduled maintenance events.</li>
<li>Provide substantial support in the creation of a time-phased plan of materiel receipts that optimizes the FedEx inventory levels by utilizing repairable stock wherever possible and managing tradeoff between lead time, inventory carrying costs and inventory valuation.</li>
<li>Support process and performance discussion with the internal customer regarding allocations and their contribution to level of service.</li>
<li>Assist allocation process for parts under the individual&#8217;s control, including recommending approval of field requests for new allocations and managing the rebalancing and return of allocations already made to the field.</li>
<li>Provide input and feedback on performance of the parts planning system-generated data and the planning parameters (e.g., target stock level calculations) that influence the system-generated recommendations, as a path to a thorough understanding of the application.</li>
<li>Develop and communicate performance reports and metrics on inventory investment, level of service achievement and work queue management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with data management, dependent demand, procurement and repair order groups as required to enable full comprehension of issues and events impacting demand and materiel plan.</li>
<li>Provide point of contact for assigned fleet-related materiel plan issues and opportunities.</li>
<li>Review and identify failure trends, and perform root cause analysis.</li>
<li>Perform financial evaluations to assess impact of fleet changes and variance of actual from plan.</li>
<li>Utilize planning system to identify surplus, excess, and unserviceable hold (unhd) activity levels.</li>
<li>Participate in initial provisioning (ip) and fleet retirement evaluations and implementation.</li>

Proficiency in the use of office computer software programs (Microsoft office) to perform quantitative analysis (such as control limits, regression, variation and pareto analysis) and preparing compelling communication and reporting on continuous improvement activities. <p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Oversee execution of business processes &amp; perform audits to business process execution to identify and document non-compliance.</li>
<li>Gather data and perform root cause analysis of identified process discrepancies, inefficiencies and/or operational inadequacies of the most complex nature with corrective action recommendation and procedural improvements for management review and approval.</li>
<li>Audit materiel processes and act as a consultant to materiel department for the development of processes and procedures for new and existing operations.</li>
<li>Identify and recommend to management changes to policies and procedures [i.e. aircraft parts engineering transformation (apex) processes] to improve operational, systems and custodial control/oversight standards.</li>
<li>Monitor the appropriateness of existing it functionality and identify gaps and/or opportunities for enhancements.</li>
<li>Oversee content and revisions to departmental manuals and materiel sections of gmm.</li>
<li>Oversee administration of materiel-related systems including system administration, security and user profile maintenance.</li>
<li>Oversee materiel continuous improvement and quality driven management (qdm).</li>
<li>Provide consulting services and project leadership in developing and implementing methods, including benchmarking, for process improvement.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue metrics on efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in order to address operational weaknesses and/or procedural/ system inadequacies.</li>
<li>Coordinate the development/revision of departmental policies and procedures to ensure continued improvement and controls.</li>

<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>

<li>Delivers quality customer service by greeting each visitor, offering information, answering questions and providing general visitor assistance.</li>
<li>Communicates museum services and policies to visitors regarding general admission, monthly and special programs, field trips, birthday parties, group rentals, memberships, and retail products.</li>
<li>Operates cash register to assist visitors with payments and refunds and performs retail merchandising and inventory as required.</li>
<li>Provides assistance to visitors in exhibits and through programs as needed to promote and ensure a positive visitor experience.</li>
<li>Maintains a safe environment by following and enforcing FCM’s standards and policies.</li>
<li>Communicates potential or active problems to the Director of Museum Services or the Executive Director as appropriate.</li>
<li>Maintains overall cleanliness of the Museum performing daily opening/closing duties, upkeep of restrooms, products, spills and cleaning props and exhibits throughout the day.</li>
<li>Supports programs in organizing and arranging props, materials, demonstration space and clean-up.</li>
<li>Provides program assistance to the education and program team as required.</li>
<li>Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings and ongoing trainings.</li>
<li>Remains current with FCM’s policies, standards and communications.</li>
<li>Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Museum Services or the Executive Director.</li>
</ol>

<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<ol>
<li>High school diploma or GED required.  A.A. or B.A. preferred.</li>
<li>Customer Service experience required; experience working with children and families or retail operations preferred.  Theatre or other performance experience a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to react positively in a fast paced environment and make good decisions under pressure.</li>
<li>Ability to take direction well and work without constant supervision.</li>
<li>Basic computer and financial skills necessary including the ability to count money, operate a cash register, reconcile receipts, and gather written and quantitative visitor information.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner with young children (ages 0-10), adults, large groups, Museum staff, and volunteers.</li>
<li>Must be motivated, organized, self directed and service minded.</li>

<p>You will work alongside special agents as a team member to manage, analyze, evaluate, and summarize evidence connected with SSA program fraud, waste, and abuse. You will identify areas that indicate potential problems requiring additional examination and investigation for violations of state and federal statutes.</p>
<p>Must be a U.S citizen</p>
<p>Must be enrolled in either part time or full time academic course of study in an accredited 4 year program or in a post secondary level program</p>
<p>Currently maintaining a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale</p>
<p>Strong organization and communication skills, detail oriented</p>
<p>must complete background check and have knowledge of microsoft work and excel</p>
<p>Describe your ability to be proactive by taking advantage of opportunities and doing more than required.</p>
<p>Describe your ability to gather relevant information and identify issues or problems.</p>
<p>Describe your ability to plan ahead, determine priorities, establish schedules, and manage deadlines.</p>

<p>This position is responsible for sales and servicing of outdoor advertising inventory to new and existing clients in their respective markets.</p>

<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p>
<p>• Makes cold calls to develop new business prospects.</p>
<p>• Makes service calls on existing clients to achieve customer satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.</p>
<p>• Obtains artwork from the clients.</p>
<p>• Oversees the production and placement of the advertising copy.</p>
<p>• Fulfills the completion notification process for existing and new clients.</p>
<p>• Completes projects as directed by the General Manager.</p>
<p>• Provides continuous service throughout the campaign in order to achieve renewal business.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:</p>
<p>• Supports and exhibits behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of CBS Outdoor Inc.</p>
<p>• Acts with diplomacy as a representative of CBS Outdoor Inc. and the Sales Department.</p>
<p>• Performs other related duties as required.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS, ENVIRONMENT:</p>
<p>Sitting, walking, standing, speaking, hearing, reading, kneeling, lifting, carrying up to 30 lbs., ability to drive an automobile, multiple concurrent tasks, frequent interruptions, mathematical skills, verbal and written communication, detailed work and confidentiality.</p>

<p>EQUIPMENT USED:</p>

<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>• Must be a self-starter who likes challenges and is willing to work hard.</p>

<p>• Must show proof of automobile insurance with $100,000/$300,000 policy limits.</p>
