Undergraduate Research news

It’s been a pretty exciting month for undergraduate research here at UM-Flint. On May 16, 2008, over fifty UM-Flint students participated in the 16th annual Meeting of Minds Undergraduate Research Conference (MOM); co-sponsored by UM-Flint, UM-Dearborn and Oakland University.

Shortly after; on May 20, 2008, nine students represented UM-Flint at the annual Michigan Undergraduate Research Forum (MURF) held at the State Capitol. This event – jointly sponsored by the three University of Michigan campuses, Michigan State University and Wayne State University – gave our students the opportunity to share their research with our state legislators and with each other.
