For Vista Users: Replying to Emails when Using Internet Explorer. December 20, 2007

Posted by jepolida in : Vista News , trackback

There is an issue for Windows Vista users concerning Outlook Webmail. When trying to send an email, the body of the email disappears and leaves a small red “X”.  This is a known issue, but there is no remedy to this yet for Internet Explorer.  Using Firefox as a web browser will allow you to type email messages, but the Webmail setup between Firefox and Internet Explorer looks a little different.

Some users have been able to reply to messages before using Internet Explorer, we are not sure why these users were able to use it before and not now. We are looking into to this issue.
